Select your appointment via Fresha and pay a deposit to confirm your time. A free consultation can be booked the same way — there is no obligation to book a treatment first.

2. Pre-Treatment Prep

Preparation instructions are sent after booking. Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, fake tan or heavy skincare on the area.

3. Your Appointment

Tom personally assesses your skin and, where appropriate, performs treatment. Suitability is assessed at every appointment — if a treatment isn't appropriate, you'll be told.

4. Aftercare

Written aftercare guidance is provided. CO₂ treatments include an aftercare kit with the products needed for the recovery period.

A deposit is required to secure your booking — this holds your appointment time.
Need to reschedule? Your deposit is fully transferable with at least 24 hours' notice.
